SeaTrees is a non-profit that focuses on ocean reforestation by addressing multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals to achieve their mission; one we’re proud to be an official brand partner with.
Coming into the Holidays for 2019, the organization was looking for paid and organic posts that would inspire people to take action; specifically by planting Mangrove Trees which pull 5 time more carbon out of the air than land-based trees.

We launched a 6 week, four phase campaign starting the week before Thanksgiving, with messaging to wipe out the impact of Holiday travel. The campaign was then refreshed with updates for Giving Tuesday; general Holiday and giving a gift that makes an ocean positive impact; lastly, starting the new year/decade off on the right foot.
The result was a campaign that saw an 8x return in sales vs. ad spend, and direct benefits of:
• 16,514 Mangrove Trees being planted
• 491 tons of CO2 sequestered
• 440 sq-feet of kelp restored.
